In this particular assignment I was to alter a garage into a additional dwelling unit suitable for the client I was working for. Rick is a guitar musician that loves to play live for a random crowd or even just his friends. Rick also has the pleasure of having a girlfriend Rose who sings as well so they both use this space to create music solo or together if wanted. The ADU is special to both since the building has become acoustic friendly and can also be used as a gallery to display art and listen to music. Rose is also a painter and uses this space to display her art and others she work works with.
